Admission Policy

In East Grinstead, Scouting is a popular activity and we do operate a waiting list. Our Admissions Policy ensures equal access and progression through Scouting.

1. Existing Group Members (i.e. those coming up from the previous section.)
2. Existing Leaders’ children.
3. Siblings of existing members.
4. Length of time on the waiting list.
5. Age.

Everything is to the discretion of the Leaders and the Group Scout Leader.

Fees are due when the child has been invested (normally 4-6 weeks after start date) and discount is given to siblings only.
